John Mckee, Managing Partner (shown left) has over 25 years experience building business systems and managing technical resources in support of strategic business objectives. As director at a leading telecommunications company, he assumed responsibility for leading cost reduction initiatives by implementing off-the-shelf software and utilizing relational database technology. This paradigm shift enabled companies such as Time Warner and US West to decentralize business operations and implement large-scale systems on time and under budget. In addition, John has established governance processes to support end-user involvement and maintain IT accountability.

John founded Solution Partners in 1996 with the vision that the right IT talent can drive a significant impact to a company's bottom line. John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University.








Jim Bell (shown right) joins Solution Partners with 14 years of selling technical professional solutions, which includes I.T. staffing and application development consulting services. He has expertise selling within the I.T., financial, telecommunications, energy, and healthcare markets. Jim's background includes providing sales leadership, direction, mentoring, and support to over 100 sales people and branch managers in 30 field offices for key national accounts he managed. Jim earned numerous annual Presidents Club Awards and believes his sales success is attributed to his ability to earn the trust of his clientele and always think "win-win." He holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree from Bowling Green State University.









Kim DeSanctis (shown left), Controller, has over 8 years of experience with high technology companies. Her background includes accounting, human resources, staffing, training, and staff management. Throughout her career, Kim has helped multiple companies to reach their financial goals by effectively managing cash flow and implementing cost efficient budgeting strategies. She also has over 5 years of experience in human resources, with a demonstrated record of effective staff management. Kim obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara.








Jonas Bassock (shown right), Director of Staffing, is a 17 year veteran of the Denver IT and Telecommunications industry. Jonas brings his knowledge of software development, network operations, sales organizations, and data center management to assist hiring managers with identifying the ideal candidates that can make their organization a winning team. Jonas has worked for Qwest and Level3 Communications as a project manager where he was committed to finding the right employees to making his projects successful. Jonas has worked for Volt Information Services as a recruiter where he managed accounts and recruited for clients in the IT, Aerospace, and Telecommunications industry. Some clients have included Microsoft, Lockheed Martin, and Apple Computers. Jonas holds a Bachelor of Business Communications from Boston University and a Masters in IT Management from the University of Denver.


Lisa Sorensen, CPA (shown left), Director of Financial Recruiting. Lisa is a CPA who has worked in the field of finance & accounting for over 20 years. She has most recently worked as a Senior Vice President for a large healthcare organization. Lisa provided the leadership required to reorganize the claims department, address process deficiencies, and implement procedures to ensure medical coding was accurate for reporting to Medicare. Lisa also ensured controls were in place and partnered with actuaries to monitor medical reserves.

In addition to healthcare, Lisa has over ten years of experience in real estate development. Lisa was instrumental in the development of multi-family housing communities throughout Colorado, Texas, and Oregon. She has specialized in a tax-credit program in which tax credits are sold to obtain equity financing in exchange for keeping communities rent restricted and affordable to work-force residents. She has worked with Simpson Housing Corporation, MBR Development, Denver Housing Authority, the Colorado Housing & Finance Authority, Douglas County, and Citi-Community Capital to obtain financing and provide accurate financial forecasting/reporting data to result in the successful development of several housing communities.

Lisa has also worked in public accounting for both a Big 4 firm, Deloitte, and for a local firm, Feldhake & Associates. Lisa has two Bachelor of Science degrees. One degree in Finance from the University of Denver and another in Accounting from Metropolitan State College of Denver. She obtained her CPA license in 1997.
